How Do I Place An Order?
VV sells on several platforms. Ebay, Etsy, Postmark, Mercari, and Depop. You are more than welcome to choose whichever platform you would like to buy from us. Each item has a description with details ranging from materials to measurements. It is highly encouraged to read through these details and even know your own measurements in order ensure the item is a perfect fit for you.
Payment & Shipping
Payments are made on the platforms mentioned above. VV also sells both nationally and internationally. Items are shipped either the same day or in one to two business days via USPS. If you need your item for a certain day, please reach out before ordering. It would be well advised to utilize Priority Shipping or Express Shipping to ensure your package arrives in a timely matter. Each order comes with a USPS tracking number to confirm shipment and for customers to track the progress of their package.
Please keep in mind factors like weather and holidays can possibly delay the time in which a package arrives.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
The shop platforms VV sells on accept most major credit and debit cards. Each platform ensures buyer protection and have privacy policies that can be reviewed on their respective sites. Payment plans are also available on these platforms. Postmark and Mercari have a monthly payment plan through PayPal, Etsy and Depop through Klarna.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final except in rare occasions of a package missing, being damaged, or something severely wrong with the item. If you have an issue with your order, feel free to reach out.
The 4-1-1 On Vintage
Vintage sizing can be different from sizing of modern clothing. For example, a size 8 from the 50’s might be today’s size 6. With that being stated, please be sure to review the sizing and measurements in the description as mentioned above.
We measure each garment roughly by the inch. Customers are highly encouraged to compare their own measurements with the measurements listed in the description of items of interest. Even if it takes extra time, knowing your measurements or even measuring a similar piece of clothing can help greatly,
